How do I track my order?
What is your shipping damages policy?
To report damaged items, please email [email protected] with your Company Name, Invoice or Order Number, SKU number, and Quantities per SKU. Please also include photos of the damaged item, and photos of the box (all 6 box sides) and packaging. Be Home will replace the item or provide a credit at our sole discretion.
What is your return policy?
Please email [email protected] for a return authorization number (RA#) for mis-shipped items. No returns will be accepted without an RA#.

How can I place an order and what is the minimum order?
Our initial minimum order is €600, and our minimum reorder is €300. Orders can be placed on our website, by phone (+32 2 897 02 20), via email ([email protected]), or in person during a visit to our showroom in Nivelles (Belgium).
What is the standard procedure after placing an order?
Am I able to adjust the minimum order quantity per item?
Regrettably, no. Our items are packaged in specific quantities, and each order must adhere to this minimum quantity requirement.
How can I modify my order?
Please email us within 24 hours of order being placed at [email protected] and provide your order number along with the changes you would like to make.

All sales are final. Upon receipt, please carefully inspect your order and inform us of any damage within 72 hours. To report damaged items, please send an email to [email protected] stating your company name, invoice or order number, item number, and quantities. Our products are not commodities — they are the woman-owned, third-generation artisan group crafting our stoneware in Vietnam; the Bolivian craftspeople cleaning their community and turning litter into sparkling, recycled glassware made anew; the woodworkers from a small village in the mountains of Thailand hand-carving delicate designs out of teak sustainably sourced from protected groves.
