What payment methods do you accept?
We accept prepayment with Visa and Mastercard. Credit cards are charged when your order is shipped and only for the items shipped.
Where are your products made?
Our products are sourced all over the world from places such as Tunisia, India, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Bolivia and many more.
Who is my Sales Representative?
For customers in the following states: AK, AZ, CA, CO, HI, ID, MN, MT, NV, NM, ND, OR, SD, UT, WA, and WY.

Shipping information

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been charged an invoice will be e-mailed to you with the tracking number.
What is your shipping damages policy?
All Sales are Final. Upon receipt, please inspect your order carefully and notify us of any damages within 5 business days. In the case of damaged boxes that may result in a carrier claim, please save the damaged boxes and packaging.  Photos are required of both the boxes and packaging when submitting a claim. 

To report damaged items, please email [email protected]  with your Company Name, Invoice or Order Number, SKU number, and Quantities per SKU. Please also include photos of the damaged item, and photos of the box (all 6 box sides) and packaging.  Be Home will replace the item or provide a credit at our sole discretion.  

What is your return policy?
All Be Home sales are final. Be Home stands behind its products and will credit or replace damaged or defective items at our sole discretion. Claims must be submitted to [email protected] within 5 business days from receipt of merchandise. 

Please email [email protected] for a return authorization number (RA#) for mis-shipped items. No returns will be accepted without an RA#. 

When can I expect to receive the items that did not ship on my order?
All backordered items ship as soon as they become available unless notified otherwise.
When will my backordered item ship?
Backorders over $75 will be shipped automatically within 180 days of initial shipment if products becomes available. Back order cancellations must be sent via email ([email protected]).

General information

How can I place an order and what is the minimum order?

Our initial minimum order is €600, and our minimum reorder is €300. Orders can be placed on our website, by phone (+32 2 897 02 20), via email ([email protected]), or in person during a visit to our showroom in Nivelles (Belgium).

What is the standard procedure after placing an order?
Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation. Following that, a proforma invoice including the shipping fee will be sent to you. Shipment processing will begin within 48 hours of payment being received into our bank account, except in instances of a 30-day credit arrangement. In such cases, order dispatch will occur within 48 hours after the reception of your order confirmation.
Am I able to adjust the minimum order quantity per item?

Regrettably, no. Our items are packaged in specific quantities, and each order must adhere to this minimum quantity requirement.

How can I modify my order?

Please email us within 24 hours of order being placed at [email protected] and provide your order number along with the changes you would like to make.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept advance payments through wire transfers. Customers from the United Kingdom, France, Belgium, Germany, and the Netherlands will undergo analysis with our credit insurer partner, Atradius. If the assessment is successful, they will be eligible for a 30-day payment term.
We can also offer a payment link, albeit with a 3% fee.
Where are your products made?
Our products originally come from all around the world, including Tunisia, India, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Bolivia, and many others.

Shipping information

When can I expect to receive my order?
We ship from Nivelles, Belgium. Items in stock are usually shipped within 2 business days of receiving your payment. Orders are shipped via the most suitable and economical carrier of our choice.
What is your shipping damages policy?

All sales are final. Upon receipt, please carefully inspect your order and inform us of any damage within 72 hours. To report damaged items, please send an email to [email protected] stating your company name, invoice or order number, item number, and quantities. Please also include photos of the damaged item, as well as photos of the box and packaging. Be Home will either replace the item or issue a credit note at our sole discretion.

What is your return policy?

When can I expect to receive the items that did not ship on my order?
In case of partial delivery, out-of-stock items will be clearly indicated on the issued packing list and/or invoice. Furthermore, as soon as the missing items become available again, we will promptly inform our customers so they can decide on the necessary actions, whether it be to complete their order or request a refund.
