Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation. Following that, a proforma invoice including the shipping fee will be sent to you. Shipment processing will begin within 48 hours of payment being received into our bank account, except in instances of a 30-day credit arrangement. We accept advance payments through wire transfers. Customers from the United Kingdom, France, Belgium, Germany, and the Netherlands will undergo analysis with our credit insurer partner, Atradius. If the assessment is successful, they will be eligible for a 30-day payment term.
